Place the Extender
- Place your extender in the same room as your WiFi router for initial setup process.
- Plug it into a power socket.
- Wait to let the power LED to turn solid green.
Connect with existing WiFi Network
For extending the range of your network, you must connect it with the existing WiFi router network. You can do so through one of these methods:
- Nighthawk App
- WPS
- Browser Setup
Connect with Nighthawk App
- Download Nighthawk App on your mobile.
- Locate and connect with extender network named as NETGEAR_EXT.
- Instructions provided in the app will help you to establish the connection between extender and router.
- Once set, unplug it and move it to poor WiFi zone to improve the network connectivity.
