Nighthawk EAX80 Setup

The mesh extender is one of the best network boosters that Netgear provides. It is easy to setup. Have a look how to connect it to the existing router network;

• Place the extender in the same room where the router is working.
• Now, turn the extender on by connecting its power cord to the electric wall socket.
• Now, you just have to press the WPS button on the router (if it has).

There are two ways to access the interface with the help of your computer as well as phone.

Via Mywifiext.net (Computer)

• You have to connect the computer to the extender setup with the help of LAN cable or the SSID details.
• After that, you have to go in to the updated web browser in the computer.
• Enter the URL mywifiext.net or IP address 192.168.1.250 in address bar and search.
• The Login page will appear on the computer screen, where you have to enter the username and password.
• These credentials are given on the label or in the user manual of the extender.
• By pressing the Enter button, you will get to the Nighthawk EAX80 extender interface dashboard.

Via Nighthawk App (Phone)

• You have to download the Nighthawk app in your phone from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone).

• Open the app and enter the login credentials (Email ID and password). If you don’t have any credentials, then create an account.
• You have to enter the Email ID, name, password, and confirm password, then you will create new account.
• Just get to the dashboard and adjust all the settings, Networks and features.
