You can connect your new EAX14 extender with the help of two different methods; one is via WPS method (most used) and second is Ethernet cable.
1. WPS Button

2. Ethernet Cable

Download Nighthawk app in your mobile phone via Play Store or App Store> Then, open the app> log in to the app using your Email ID and password> in to the app dashboard, you can easily setup or configure your extender.
Note: If you don’t have any Netgear account, then you can create new one. Just click on the Sign Up button, enter the Email ID, name, and generate password.
2. Web Genie Wizard
If you want to configure your device with the help of computer or laptop, then you can use the Web Genie wizard interface, have a look how to access it;
Connect your computer to the Extender network> launch the web browser> enter and search URL mywifiext.net you will reach to the login page, here, enter the username and password> now, you can easily access the interface and configure the extender.
Note: if you don’t have any credentials, and then you can find username and password on the label or in the user manual of the extender.

Restart EAX14 Extender
- Find the power button.
- Press it once to turn off.
- Press it again to turn it on
Reset Netgear EAX14
- Find the reset pinhole button.
- Use a sharp object to long press it
- Complete the reset process.
- Configure the EAX14 extender again.
